Drop in and join us at the Lakeshore branch of the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, Community Room to help label and fill seed envelopes for distribution. High school students looking for volunteer hours are welcome. It's a fun, informative event and no experience is needed!

What is a seed packing party?
- A volunteer drop-in gathering where we label and pack seeds into envelopes ready to be "borrowed" through the Innisfil Seed Library this spring
- An informal opportunity to learn and socialize

How do I prepare?
- Bring vegetable, herb and flower seeds to donate if you can
- Invite your friends!
- No experience necessary

The seed library is a volunteer-run seed lending program in partnership with the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library with locations at the Cookstown and Lakeshore branches. During the growing season participants are invited to browse our selection of donated seeds, grow and enjoy them at home, and return some harvested or commercial seeds at the end of the season.
