Community Seed Network: (Canada) Connects and supports community seed initiatives by providing resources, information and a platform for networking. The Community Seed Movement is powered by the love and labour of dedicated volunteers, organizers, activists, and citizens. This network is about supporting the important work that you do - making it visible and offering ways to connect and share with one another.

North American Native Plant Society: (USA/Canada) NANPS is a volunteer-operated registered charitable organization concerned with preserving native plant habitat in wild areas and restoring indigenous flora to developed areas. Our key purpose is to provide information and inspire an appreciation of native plants with an aim to restoring healthy ecosystems across the continent. It is our belief that nature belongs in urban, suburban, and rural areas as much as in remote areas.

Organic Seed Alliance: (USA) Organic Seed Alliance advances ethical seed solutions to meet food and farming needs in a changing world. We envision organic seed systems that are democratic and just, support human and environmental health, and deliver genetically diverse and regionally adapted seed to farmers everywhere.

Populuxe Seed Bank: (Edmonton, Alberta) Through the help of several dedicated growers each year, between all of us, we are able to currently regrow, share, and store 80-100 varieties per year. The Populuxe Seed Bank is not affiliated with any companies, governments, or institutions. It is run by myself, with the assistance of independent growers.

SeedChange (formerly USC Canada): (Canada) We work with farmers to grow just, healthy, sustainable harvests everywhere. By keeping seeds in farmers’ hands and strengthening farmers’ knowledge, we help communities thrive. Together, we can change the world, one seed at a time.

SeedHeads: (Canada) A “cross-pollinating podcast where our Canadian seed heroes tell their stories, share their ‘how-to’ tips and talk about the seeds they love.” The podcast is produced by The Bauta Family Initiative on Canadian Seed Security, a program of SeedChange.

Seed Matters: (USA) Seed is the first link in the food and fiber chain. And the chain is only as strong as its weakest link. The Clif Bar Family Foundation created Seed Matters to improve the viability and availability of organic seed to ensure healthy, nutritious and productive crops. Together with our partners and folks just like you, we’re making a noticeable difference – from seed to farm to table. Simply put, our three main goals are: Conserve crop genetic diversity; Promote farmers’ roles and rights as seed innovators and stewards; and Reinvigorate public seed research and education.

Seed Savers Exchange: (USA) We conserve and promote America's culturally diverse but endangered garden and food crop heritage for future generations by collecting, growing, and sharing heirloom seeds and plants.

Seeds of Diversity: (Canada) To search out, preserve, perpetuate, study, and encourage the cultivation of heirloom and endangered varieties of food crops; To educate the public about the importance of heirloom and endangered varieties of food crops and the need for their continued cultivation and preservation.

Toronto Seed Library: (Canada) The Toronto Seed Library’s primary focus is on providing free and easy access to viable seeds so that as many people as possible are growing their own organic food and to encourage and enable people to save seeds through awareness, education, and community celebrations aimed at reviving seed saving culture.
